A flexible, structured education programme designed to support learners, athletes, families, and education providers.

We recognise that traditional education works well for many learners. Our role is to support those who require a different approach, ensuring they remain engaged, supported, and progressing towards meaningful outcomes.

Our Services

One Programme. Multiple Pathways.

A structured, flexible education approach designed to support learners at different starting points, from re engagement through to university progression, while aligning education, performance, and long term outcomes.

For Students

Education that works around you.

Our programme is designed for students who want to continue their education while developing in their sport, or for those who find traditional classroom environments challenging.

You will follow a structured pathway tailored to your starting point, whether that is re-engaging with education, achieving core qualifications such as Maths and English, or progressing towards Level 3 study and beyond.

Learning is delivered through a combination of live teaching, recorded lessons, and guided independent study, giving you flexibility while maintaining clear structure and expectations.

Alongside your academic pathway, you will receive ongoing support with confidence, mindset, and performance, helping you build the habits and resilience needed both in education and beyond.

Every student is supported towards a clear next step, including university, apprenticeships, or alternative pathways beyond 18.

For parents

A structured pathway you can trust.

We understand that when education is not working, it can be difficult for parents to know what the right next step looks like. The system can feel confusing, especially when a young person has additional needs, has become disengaged, or requires a different kind of support to thrive. Our programme provides a clear, supportive alternative that keeps young people engaged in education while continuing to progress academically.

Your child will follow a structured study programme with regular teaching, monitoring, and feedback. Progress, attendance, and wellbeing are tracked closely, with consistent communication to ensure you are fully informed and involved.

We also recognise the importance of advocacy for parents. With significant experience in pastoral leadership, SEND, and supporting neurodivergent learners, we are well placed to understand the barriers some pupils face and to provide the right support around them.

Our approach is designed to rebuild confidence, improve consistency, and support your child in achieving recognised qualifications, alongside developing the skills and direction needed for life beyond education.

This is not about lowering expectations. It is about delivering education in a way that works for the individual, while maintaining high standards and accountability.

For FE Colleges

A flexible addition to existing provision.

We work in partnership with FE colleges to support learners who may not fully engage with traditional classroom-based delivery, providing a structured, compliant alternative within the existing ESFA framework.

With inclusion remaining a clear priority across education policy, alternative provision can play an important role in helping colleges respond to a wider range of learner needs. The college remains the lead provider, retaining responsibility for funding, enrolment, safeguarding, and quality assurance. Our role is to deliver targeted academic provision through a structured, flexible model that improves engagement, attendance, and outcomes.

This model supports colleges in:

  • Retaining learners who may otherwise disengage

  • Improving attendance and participation

  • Supporting Maths and English outcomes

  • Expanding provision without increasing fixed delivery costs

It is not designed to replace existing provision, but to strengthen it by supporting learners who require a different approach to succeed.

For sporting academies

Education that complements performance.

Our programme is designed to work alongside high performance training environments, ensuring that education supports, rather than competes with, athlete development.

The structure typically includes a combination of training days and academic delivery, allowing players to develop both on and off the pitch without the conflict created by rigid timetables.

We provide structured academic pathways, ongoing support, and integrated performance psychology, helping players develop discipline, focus, and resilience alongside their technical and physical progression.

This enables academies to offer a credible, high quality education pathway for their players, while supporting long term outcomes beyond football.
