About Tim
I have over 20 years of teaching in outstanding schools. I have led departments and pastoral care provision. I am an expert in teaching and learning and my experience also extends to leading in SEND. I understand deeply about the complex needs of students and how they learn best. I tailor my sessions, adapting to each individual.
A specialist in delivering GCSE PE, BTEC Sport, A-level PE and EPQ Level 3, I have taught specificstions across AQA, Edexcel and OCR exam boards.
I have also overseen and submitted the NEA coursework elements, both practical and written for GCSE and A-level PE moderation.

Cost of Tuition
My one-to-one tutoring rates are inline with top quality tutoring starting at £50 per hour. Through services such as 'Find a Tutor' sites you can find cheaper alternatives, but what I am able to offer is superior expert advice and guidance and my sessions are also inclusive of high quality resources that have been used by students who have seen outstanding success.
I am abundantly aware that undertaking tutoring can be a big financial commitment; therefore if my calendar allows, I will aim to find some time to tutor which are every other week. Whilst I would be advising a minimum of once a week for optimum results, it can help to reduce the costs, whilst still offering students high quality support.
